1. Who we are

2. What data we process
- Enquiry form: name, company or business (optional), email or phone number, the text of your message and the language of the page you wrote from.
- If you email or call us directly: name, email or phone number, the content of your message and whatever you tell us about your business.
- Protecting the form against bots:when you send it, the server briefly works with your IP address (number of submissions in 10 minutes, a page protection code valid for 30 minutes) and a fingerprint of the message so the same text doesn't arrive twice (24 hours). All of this is kept only in the server's memory. If the server rejects a submission, it logs only the reason and a shortened IP address (without the last part) — never the content of the message.
- Technical data when you visit: the server delivering the website may briefly log your IP address, the time and your browser (security and operation).
- Voice samples: nothing is recorded or sent when you play them — the sound analysis for the wave runs only in your browser.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry, confirming receipt and preparing an offer — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Protecting the form against abuse and keeping the website secure — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Performing a contract and accounting, if we agree to work together — Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. How long
Enquiries and related correspondence that did not lead to a contract are kept for at most 1 year. Accounting records for 10 years under the Slovak Accounting Act. Form protection data for at most 24 hours in the server's memory. Technical server logs only for the period set by the hosting provider.

ElevenLabs generated the voice in the samples. The recordings are finished files on our server — when you play them, ElevenLabs receives nothing from you.
We are still building the HlasAI app (AI receptionist). We will publish the list of its processors, including where the data is processed, before it launches.
If a contract is concluded, the records go to our external accounting firm. Transfers to the USA rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) for certified companies, otherwise on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
6. Artificial intelligence and synthetic voice
The voice in the samples is synthetic — generated by artificial intelligence (ElevenLabs; voices Adam, Júlia and Alex). The website discloses this in the introduction, next to the samples and in the footer (Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the AI Act). In live operation the assistant introduces itself as a voice assistant at the start of the call and does not pretend to be human; you can hear this in seven of Adam's eight samples and in the voice comparison. We do not clone anyone's voice without their demonstrable consent. Enquiries are answered by a person. An AI assistant (Claude by Anthropic) helps us sort the mail in the vass@vassweb.com mailbox and prepare draft replies; a person checks and approves every reply before it is sent, and the AI makes no decisions about you.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object (in particular to processing based on legitimate interest) and the right to withdraw consent at any time where we asked for it. Just write to vass@vassweb.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Galvaniho 7/B, 821 04 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk).
